Jessica has experience in a variety of practice areas including residential and commercial real estate, wills and estates, liquor licensing, corporate and commercial law, and intellectual property law.  In particular, she has experience assisting clients with corporate reorganizations and restructuring, business acquisitions, and commercial financing. On joining McMillan Dubo Law Group, Jessica has focused her practice on commercial financing, assisting institutional lenders in a range of secured financing transactions which include real estate, development, construction finance, Indigenous lending, as well aircraft and vessel financing.
